Piano storage space in
Leipzig city centre wanted.
I am looking for a dry, safe and easily accessible place to store my piano directly in Leipzig city centre. Ideally, the space should be within approx. 500 m of Leipzig Market Square. If you have a suitable room, a free corner, a storage space for my piano or another safe option, I would be very happy to hear from you.
The reason is my mobile piano project for street music. During the summer months, I would like to use the piano regularly in the city centre without having to transport it from Leipzig Zentrum Süd into the city centre every time.

What I am looking for.
A small storage room, a back room, a free corner in a shop, a dry basement room with very good access or another safe option directly in Leipzig city centre could work well.
The room does not need to be representative and does not need any special equipment. What matters most to me is a very central location, dryness, safety and access that works well with the piano.
Directly in the centre
I am looking for a storage space directly in Leipzig city centre. The closer to Market Square, Naschmarkt, Petersstraße or Grimmaische Straße, the better.
Dry and safe
The piano should be stored dry, protected, clean and safe. A simple room is enough as long as access, dryness and safety are right.
Flexible access
I would like to access the piano flexibly between approx. 10 am and 10 pm, probably 2 to 5 times per week.
Why the city centre is important.
I already live centrally in Leipzig Zentrum Süd. Still, the distance is too far for regular street music with a piano if the storage space is not directly around Market Square or in the surrounding city centre streets.

The storage space should be very central, ideally close to Market Square, Naschmarkt, Petersstraße or Grimmaische Straße.

A space outside the city centre would be too far away for regular use with a mobile piano.

The piano is mounted on a professional quality, TÜV tested transport dolly with rubber wheels. The dolly is designed for up to 500 kg, has brakes and can be safely pushed and pulled with a stable handle.
This makes the mobile piano ready to move, easy to steer and movable in all directions. The instrument is 102 years old, tuned to 432 Hz and has a warm, distinctive sound. It does not feel like a temporary setup, but like a professional mobile instrument with history, charm and presence.
Ground level access without stairs would be best. Alternatively, a room with a good elevator connection could also work.

I am looking for the storage space only for the summer months, roughly from late May to late September.
This is the amount I would like to pay monthly for a suitable storage space. The exact amount depends on location, access and safety. For a particularly suitable option directly around Leipzig Market Square, I am open to a fair suggestion.
Also possible: In addition to my monthly payment, I would also be open to a musical agreement, for example 1 to 2 short piano performances per month with the 102 year old piano tuned to 432 Hz in a department store, shopping arcade, retail space, courtyard or venue.
