Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

The reviews and recommendations mentioned on this website come from my public profiles on Google, Trustpilot, 11880, ProvenExpert and Facebook. I do not collect reviews through forms on this website.

The overview below shows how the figures break down by platform. Each platform is linked directly so you can read the original reviews there.

Reviews are collected and published by each platform, not by me. Anyone leaving a review does so directly on that platform and under its rules.

On Facebook these are technically recommendations rather than star ratings, which is why I list them separately.

I do not verify myself whether the people leaving reviews were in fact clients of the studio. That verification rests with each platform and follows its own procedures, over which I have no influence.

I reproduce the figures unchanged and do not shorten, summarise or otherwise alter their meaning.

This website states aggregate figures and averages. The full reviews can be viewed on the linked profiles, including critical and negative feedback. I have no way of removing or hiding reviews there.

If I quote individual reviews on this website, I mark them as a selection and link to the profile containing all reviews.

I do not pay for reviews. I also do not offer discounts, vouchers, extras or any other benefit in exchange for leaving a review. After a session I simply mention that feedback is possible, with no content requirements and nothing in return.

The figures and averages given reflect the date stated above. As new reviews come in continuously, actual values may differ. Where I round figures, I round down so the figure is never overstated.
